EMAIL and INTERNET POLICY
Local customers should endeavour to personally submit digital files on a CD or Memcard, where possible.
Other clients can use our upload facilities to send digital files to the lab for processing. Use of the upload page on this site provides the client with all the means to send the files, and email details of the job, including client details (name, contact method, payment method, job description etc.) After files are uploaded to our server, we process the order.
Customers uploading large files that are not used for output will be charged a transfer fee according to the total file sizes.
To combat the problem of Viruses and Trojan files, Ozprintshop has a dedicated network of computers connected to Broadband. Each computer has a firewall which filters all incoming traffic. Once a bureau client's files are downloaded, the uploaded files are deleted from the server. All care is taken, but we are not liable for lost or corrupt files, oe exposure of clients files to other customers while on the server.
While every effort is made to ensure swift and accurate processing of digital orders, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the Internet. Downtime of the ISP Server is inevitable, so please make sure that you allow enough lead time to process the orders, even if problems occur.
Orders placed that are inaccurate will be delayed.
Orders placed that are incomplete may not be processed at all.
Colour management of digital files is the responsibility of the client, unless the client requests the lab to correct out of balance files. This request must be made for each and every order.
We do NOT do standing orders for digital files.
