Digital Offset Printing has revolutionised the bulk print industry.
Plates are made internally, and registration problems are almost non-existent. The new inks and gloss clay coated papers allow for a repeatable highest quality output. Prices are steadily dropping also. Setup charges are dropping, and bulk customer layouts minimise the amount of plate used for each client.
Using efficient machines and work practices provides a very consistent output at extremely high quality. Posters have never been more affordable, and print quality is second to none.
Due to the extreme high quality of the output, images and files for printing should also be of the highest quality. Pigment print proofs are recommended to gauge final output.

Due to the size of posters, final image quality should be the best quality available.
All posters must be at least 300dpi at final size to qualify. Critical information should be no closer to the edge than 5mm to prevent falloff, plus a bleed of 10mm extra is required on each side.
Posters are printed in cmyk. Black text must be 100%K with no other colour, to keep text crisp.
