The products made by OzPrintShop are based on the ‘ink on paper’ method, and includes an enormous range of papers and substrates, sizes, finishes, quantities, bindings and uses.
There are 3 main printing processes, each offering a balance between quality, speed, cost and quantities:
- COLOUR LASER
Fast, low cost printing process for paper up to A3 in size.
This is the lowest quality product in our range and is used for short run printing of goods like business cards, postcards, brochures, flyers, DL cards, letterheads, booklets, picture books, colour copying, proofing, menus, cd sliks and backs etc. - DIGITAL OFFSET PRINTING
A high quality ‘print on paper’ process for long runs (larger quantity) printing. With excellent detail and accurate colour reproduction, offset printing is used for business cards, brochures, postcards, flyers, DL cards, letterheads, magazines, posters up to A1 in size (500 or more) and most business related products. - PIGMENT INKJET PRINTING
The highest quality printing with the most versatile products. This is the ‘photographic’ quality that has surpassed all previous processes and has made chemical printing redundant. It is used for all photo printing on lustre and gloss papers, canvas printing, backlit film for displays, matt papers for signage, banner printing for trade shows and displays, cd and dvd labelling, stickers, metallic papers and more. This is the most expensive print process per item, but produces the best quality for any quantity.
We also duplicate disks - Audio Cd, data Cd and Dvd, Dvd movies, Bluray disks, both data and media - full manufacture to finished product with shrink wrapping.
Then there is the Photoshop service - taking ordinary images to make stunning prints on traditional type photo papers, to specialist art papers with various surfaces, clay based fibre based papers or Professional grade photo papers. Choose from our 12 base substrates, or nominate a product from the ever increasing range world wide.
For our artist clients, we can reproduce art works to original size and guarantee a very close colour match (subject to type of original and quality of mounting). We hold catalogues of images for many well known artists in the district. Reproductions are an important part of the marketing strategy for these artists, and current technology allows zero warehousing and ‘user pay per print’ sales which keep stock holding costs to a minimum. Reproductions can also be printed into various smaller saleable items like greeting cards, laser prints and small ‘limited edition’ prints.
