Please read the following Terms & Conditions for Professional Traders. It explains all the necessary information for dealing with OzPrintShop as a Professional Client.
PRICING:
Prices for Professional Clients is based on a discount off the retail price. Generally it's 20%, but higher discounts apply for substantial print jobs.
CRITERIA:
To obtain discounts for 'Professional' or 'Commercial' you must meet the following criteria:
- Have an Australian Business Number (ABN) registered with our office.
- Derive most of your income from your profession.
- Spend at least $200 per month with OzPrintShop.
- Have your account paid up to date (discounts will be removed from overdue accounts).
- Conform to standard practices for job submission.
- Use industry grade equipment.
STANDARD PRACTICES:
Due to the growing varieties of digital formats, software, media and output options, we would like to define the following standards for dealing with Professional clientele. This should help remove any confusion with ordering:
- All orders must be either written clearly on a supplied order form (available as download from this page) or submitted as an electronic order in a clear and precise form. Ambiguous orders will be returned for clarification, and lose their status in the queue.
- Images must be in one of the following formats only:
- High quality Jpeg
- Tiff - compressed or uncompressed
- Raw file
- Pdf (Portable Document Format from Adobe)
- Images should meet these minimum requirements to guarantee quality prints:
- Size should be at least equal to the largest output size at 180 dpi
- Compression set for Jpeg on '9' or 'high'
- Filenames must be unique and if possible sequential
- Filenames must conform to PC standard filenames with a 'tag' ie .tif, .jpg, or .pdf
- Images sould be colour correct (Lab corrections will be charged for)
- Images must have an embedded profile, sRGB for all work, except artwork in AdobeRGB
- All finishing must be mentioned on the original order, as some products are unsuitable for some finishes.
- Orders with multiple processes (e.g. mounted canvas) will take up to 7 working days.
- Rush orders must be marked 'RUSH' and will be surcharged accordingly.
