For small orders, please email your order and file(s).
Acceptable file formats are jpg and pdf. Microsoft formats should be converted to pdf format for upload.
Unless otherwise instructed, uploaded files are printed verbatim, and we take no responsibility for format errors, poor resolution, non standard fonts or incorrect colours that may be embedded in the pdf. Word files may not accurately use page breaks, and blank pages will be charged for at full rate. Please do not send files for printing without thoroughly checking their validity. We recommend proofs be checked before commencing large runs.
Images should be embedded with sRGB or AdobeRGB profiles, and have a minimum 180 dots per finished inch.
Large orders should be uploaded to our ftp server.
If you are unfamiliar with the ftp method, go to http://filezilla-project.org/ and follow instructions to download and install the FileZilla program. Use the help instructions to learn how to use this excellent program.
When logging onto our server, you'll need some codes. Click the 'code' button below, and enter the username 'client' and the password 'fotofx22'. The information to access our server will be presented.
Upload your order then send an email with the directions for printing. Please include a phone number so we can ring and confirm your identity and payment options before we proceed.
